Flickr and Adobe Photoshop elements color shift.

I have been finding that my images that I put into Elements suffer a color shift after I upload them to flickr. Maybe I should be using different settings to export the picture? I do not really understand the technical stuff. Here is a photo exported from Lightroom and loaded onto flickr:



Here it is after being sent to Elements. On my computer there is no color change until I load it onto flickr:



I have had this happen to several images including the 'Maria' one. I thought at first I was going crazy but I don't think so.
