    Default Hello from Montreal

    Helo there,

    Name is Gaetan Cormier. I'm a Montreal based photographer.
    To make a 38 year old story short, like probably most of you, I was born with a camera on hand. Being young I went from 110 film, 126 film cameras... to my first reflex wich was a russian Zenith 12xp to finally end up in the early 1990's with the famous Pentax K1000. I had at that time a few of the Vivitar Series 1 lenses... this was really a nice kit.

    I putted photography aside for awhile and about 6 years ago I picked up my first digital camera wich was a Panasonic Lumix DMC LC5... very cool camera! Got my first digital reflex long long after (Samsung GX-1L) I after had the Pentax K200D and now I'm shooting with the Pentax K5.

    Aside from photography, I enjoy life along with my wife and 2 daughters. I listen to prog metal music and I enjoy French red wines

    Can't wait to start sharing some photos with you guys and I'm eager to see yours!

    Welcome Gaetan! Yup, i sure as heck don't photograph our beautiful city enough, so it will be nice to see more Montreal shots, if that's what you like to shoot.
