Transmitter (says Test on it) mounts on your camera's hot shoe, receiver (with hardwired audio plug) plugs into back of one of your monolights in the sync port. You will need optical slaves for your other two monolights if they are not equipped with them or better yet more receivers (one for each monolight).

The other two cords are adapters from the reciever to various other light sources, one converts the standard audio jack to a mini and the other is a mini to pc connection.

The store (I'm assuming Henry's as that is where Google hit first) were you bought this should have spent the time to take you through all this as it appears you paid a pretty penny for your kit.
