:mad: I had purchased the download version of PSE 8 about a week ago. Everything worked good until about 3 days ago when I received a error message when trying to start up the edit program.
Licensing for this product has stopped working.
'This product has encountered a problem that requires you to restart you computer before it can be launched'
Which I tried and received the same message.
I have phoned Tech support twice now and had waited for over 5 mins each time. No one picked up and there wasn't a pleasant voice reminding me to stay on the line.... You'd think that they would have better service than that.:yell:
Ok, I've got it out of my system now...:D

negative, haven't been able to get through to anyone yet.

After 20 mins on the phone today without getting to talk to tech support, I am now returning the program.
Worse service ever.
