    Default Adobe vent

    I had purchased the download version of PSE 8 about a week ago. Everything worked good until about 3 days ago when I received a error message when trying to start up the edit program.


    Licensing for this product has stopped working.

    'This product has encountered a problem that requires you to restart you computer before it can be launched'

    Which I tried and received the same message.

    I have phoned Tech support twice now and had waited for over 5 mins each time. No one picked up and there wasn't a pleasant voice reminding me to stay on the line.... You'd think that they would have better service than that.

    Ok, I've got it out of my system now...

    After 20 mins on the phone today without getting to talk to tech support, I am now returning the program.
    Worse service ever.
