seems like a great opportunity for sure! Having read many of your posts, I'd say you are a competent writer for sure.

That's great Al...I'm sure you will do just great! It's a genre you know well and another thing you are passionate about so that in itself is a head start.
If you need any help with proof reading or the like, please let me know as I am a fairly good writer/grammar/spell checker.

Write your review AL ... then compare it to the previous/recent reviews the mag have accepted ... you'll be able to see if you are using adequate wording etc

You should try writing for mountain biking mags ... they DON'T want proper english at all. It's all "... he smashed that corner" , " ... was chewing those bars but stayed well ahead" , " ... Man ... he was stomping!!"

Sounds cool...You just never know what might come of it? Sometimes stuff happens and years later you see that if it hadn't been for this, leading to that which in turn got me to this, I'd never have ended up.... Of course where one ends up is part of another card game
