    Default 100 Marilyns

As part of a swimming event at a local beach 100 Marilyns took part in a fundraising swim raising more than $25,000 for the Cancer Council.

I tried to give the first shot a Kodachrome look

These are unique because they are so unexpected and surprising. Your choice of compositions/crops is also unique and interesting. Very sharp exposures. Well done. I see why you edited one of the photos but I think you blurred the most interesting elements: the other slightly blurred blond wigs in the background and the unique Marilyn Monroe mole above her lip.

Thanks you all for your comments. It was a fun event, and the ladies involved seem to have a great time.

Although I did manage a self portrait in # 4, it would have been good to have a more interesting reflection.

    .

MB, I totally missed the mole and agree with you 100%, but the blurring of the wigs was deliberate.

Big fan of the first one as well and I really like the blown kiss but I wish she wasn't wearing a digital watch!
