Thanks Marko, yes I bought the little devil and have now got my eye on the the D3x...Just kidding!
I was actually getting ready to slap the puppy on my Card. But I also want video capability as I think it will be useful as a podcast tool. I have heard rumours that the next version of this camera might be (with this feature) out in a few months though it will surely be more expensive..."oh well I'll just sell another pint of me blood". I'm itching for full frame otherwise I would have already bought the D300s.

as an aside...I stand by the camera is a box statement though in the context that ya gotta know what you are doing (like not putting a kit lens on a 3 grand camera). Once you know what you are doing, oh what a sweet box it is. Until you know what you are doing buy a cheap camera, and then get that sweet box in a couple of years.![]()
