Well the photoshoot with the womens' roller derby was cancelled. Its ok though, I got few good pictures while scoping the old bus graveyard. I still might get a chance to get in there to get some pictures of the buses themselves. With some old vintage buses from the 70's and 80's its a guaranteed success.

I try not to critique when the shot is not in the critique forum, buuut.
Shot 1 would be awesome if you did one thing to it...cut it in half. Crop the person on the left out. Then it's all about the expression of the girl on the right, in her environment....and her expression is awesome. Very nice B/W.
    hope that helps - Marko

I would like to use this as a teaching tool on our blog, can I?

The quality of the B&W treatment is impressive JJ!! As is the exposure for an inside shot with windows. Nice.

Marko, anything I post on the forum can be used in any fashion you wish. Its a pleasure to help people learn in any fashion.

Here is a second look at the image with the girl on the left cropped out. I like this version a lot. Cant say I like it better than the other image as I cant really compare the two. But the second does seem to have more impact on the viewer. Thanks for the input. Does that mean the pictures I take arent perfect?
