Thanks JAS.
I am just cruising the forums for missed threads ... seems a lot of us have been busy lately I think. I know I have but I'm crook at home so I'm trolling for missed gems.![]()

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
Hope you get well soon. Man, you have flooded the forum with your Tassie pics, each one more interesting than the next. Those sunrises are spectacular. And the reflection night shots are lovely. The shot with the rising moon, http://www.photography.ca/Forums/f11...bay-10747.html is sensational. I love the bluish tinge. It's my favorite.
Thanks for sharing all your hard work. There might be something about cold weather that brings out the best in photographers. Perhaps you should consider moving to Canada. Just kidding.
Thanks for taking time to bring threads that didn't get many replies back to the current posts. I haven't been around much lately but will be on vacation in August so plan to do more commenting and posting.
Take care.
Mike

Thanks very much for saying all that mbrager. It's really nice to hear. I'm glad you are enjoying my work![]()
Your photo of Flinders Island sent me to Google. I'm used to seeing maps of Australia with just Tasmania in the south, and of course island nations tend to have a bunch of little islands that anyone who isn't local probably hasn't heard of.
The things you learn on this forum.
Oh, and I especially like the coastline pictures - the thin line is so delicate from that height.
