Letting the wind do the work
Same rose more or less still. Branches above it moving around. Different lighting, and I can't decide which one I like best. These, too, were taken with a close-up lens. It seems the reds will result in a bit of a halo if it's dark behind it.

That's pretty cool for a rose ... red on top and yellow underneath. The different breeds of roses never fail to amaze me.

Thank you. I did like the way the colors changed in these. MA, these are the "screaming red roses" I first tried raw on. I'd been trying to get both sides exactly because of the different colors. I'll probably keep trying, since I'd also like a shot that shows just how vibrant both colors are on these flowers.
