    Default Stonehurst

Based on the Flickr activity a lot of people got out today. I know I did. I grabbed two of my photographer friends and we went to Stonehurst. It was a neat day with blue skies, clouds and then neat light. It was also fun to be out and not have to be bundled head to toe. I took a bunch of photos (big surprise I know) but I also got to go into areas that I haven't been before.

This is at the very tip of Stonehurst- you cross a foot bridge and then all that's left is a few small islands and the atlantic ocean.

A lovely image, Bambi. The calm waters really make me feel relaxed. Thanks for sharing!

I love that area. Had a heck of a time finding it, but when I did, I didn't want to leave. Last time was a whirlwind tour. Next one is going to be done right. I'll have to get directions from you before I head down . . lol

thanks All. CL- let me know when you are coming and I'll show you this spot. I took this late afternoon but I think a morning run would be excellent.

Thanks for the offer. I'm shooting my nephews wedding for him in Chester. We've decided to stay an extra day or two in the area so I can catch what I missed on my last dash through the area. Blue Rocks / Stonehurst is my main focus and then the dory shop / waterfront area in Lunenburg. Late July I think it is . . . I'll be sure to shout when I head out.
