    It's a nice image which I think might benefit from having some of the "empty" LH side cropped off. Good job.

    good

    -nice comp (leaf placed to the right)
    -nice natural colors
    -exposure is right on
    -good contrast and detail
    -nice light (backlit)
    -nice DOF

    nit

    -photo is a tad busy (to many stray branches)
    -the comp is nice (but the leaf is a tad to far right)

    I like this shot and if it were mine I'd sharpen just the leaf a bit more.

    Thanks for the replies. This day I was looking for some wide-angle sceneries. Suddenly the late afternoon sunlight sprinkled and this leaf caught my attention. (Dwayne Oakes, yes you're right, it is backlit.) Fortunately I also brought the other lens in addition to my wide-angle lens. The DOF is thin due to f/1.8 aperture.
