Finally found a mink, haven't seen any since November.
catching crabs for breakfast



This was the only other shot I got, he saw me/ heard the shutter and was gone!



And the Teals were happily feeding near shore

All your photos are great Jude. Since you started posting your early morning shots I've been saying I need to get out and do the same thing. I've a bit of a ways to go to the water and just haven't managed it yet. I'm usually up but just can't force my butt out the door. Thanks for sharing.

Hope you can get down to the water Andrew, its so worth it! especially seeing the wildlife that is out and about early. I usually am so torn between getting the first rays of sun or turning my attention to some critter near by. Its always a toss up! ( time to buy a second camera!)
p.s. looks like this weekends weather will be perfect....get out there!
