That's a piece of kelp/seaweed on the beach ... there was a bit of it around and loads of sea sponge as well.
I love this area ... could easily live here. So much to see and do ... and it's midway between where my two daughters live ... 5 hrs drive either way mind you.
Nice set MA - Shot 1 has the tightest comp imo, and the colours and exposure are fab so that's my fave of the set.

I really like the yellow lines that run toward the viewer in the second one. And the sea weed makes a nice foreground element in the last one. Nicely done!
