    Default Approaching storm

Yesterday we had an extreme weather day with a sunny 42 degrees Celsius followed by thunderstorms. I had reason to be out of the city as the storms rolled in. I was lucky to be in extremely bright sunlight at the same time as the dark cloud approached. I spent an hour or so trying to stay ahead of the storms clouds before they finally caught me. Made for some dramatic skies and some crazy contrasting light.

This shot is pretty much straight out of camera with only some minor micro-contrast adjustments in the clouds and some sharpening.

Thanks Marko & HBG. Just some really cool weather for photography and I was lucky to be where I was at that time.
