My first thought when I was this photo was that you had bought a camera drone. I've been looking at the DJI Mavic Mini, but why? Well, because you can get shots like this. Anyway, drone or not, I love the long shadows on the people and dogs. A nice composition that carries my eye beyond the walkers and back. Well done.

    Thanks Mbrager.

No drone, just a cliff above the beach and a longer lens.

I see some wonderful drone photography and can certainly see the appeal. They can get some wonderful perspectives and views with some terrific patterns etc. I have decided it is not for me though.

i've got a mavic 2 pro. honestly i wouldn't look at the mini if my main was using it for photos. the mavic 2 pro is pretty easy to operate. it has a crop sensor that's still pretty crappy but is much better than what you get in the other models like the other mavics and the mini. the main issue with the sensor in the mavic 2 pro is there's a lot of noise. the key is to take multiple photos photos and stack them as smart layers, then use some photoshop magic to get a single image with less noise.

but despite the fact that the image quality really isn't there yet with drones they're still a lot of fun. and you can get to places where you normally couldn't.

i like all of the trails leading down to the people walking in the sand. also the texture of the sand is pretty sweet. it's interesting but not so interesting that it competes for attention. the long shadows are great, especially how the shadows from the couple has merged into one. the S curve of the shoreline is the cherry on top.
