Yep. Didn't use a burn tool at all .... just compressed the curves. I shot with spot metering with helped create the vignette effect in camera. All I did was enhance that a bit.

This shot really plays with my eye and brain. My eye is looking at the bright cloud and the dark water and my brain is going how come?
