    Default Cherry blossoms?

I'm not sure. And I'm not sure what they're doing in the brush next to the river. Square cropping seemed to work best with a number of the ones I took.

Nice shots QO, very beautiful blossoms. I like the third one that shows the different stages of opening.
P.S. These are actually Crabapple blossoms.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Thanks for the ID, HBG. Plants aren't my strong point. I'm one of those who, when asked what a flower is, is likely to say, "It's pink".

I am really digging the first one...they are all great but I really like the bare branches in contrast with the 2 little flowers.. it so works for me!

Thank you, all. I had a lot of shots. It was sometimes tough to winnow them down. And the blooming season has only just begun!
