This photography podcast‚focuses on how to pose models. Posing models is a huge topic but with the help of‚Montreal wedding photographer‚Dominic Fuizzotto‚we are able to provide some practical and easy tips. We talk about poses that work well and poses that suck.
This podcast is the result of a suggestion from daronj‚and I WELCOME other suggestions as topics for future podcasts. Feel free to send those suggestions to photography {dot} ca @ gmail{d o t} com (please use the correct email formatting).

Marko,
Very timely podcast for me. I’ve been “volunteered” to take team photos of my 5 yr old’s soccer team this weekend. I don’t have much experience with portraits or group shots, but Dom’s tips will help a lot. Unfortunately it will be on grass, but early in the day.
I noticed the new intro music right away. It’s great addition, much more dynamic than the shutter alone. I also just added you on Twitter.
Gary
Hey thanks for the compliment Daronj!
I can answer your lens question as I have worked with Dominic many times. He normally prefers longer lenses and larger apertures because they help blur the background.
Best!

Marko, thanks for taking the time to do this podcast. It was fantastic. I also appreciate Dominic’s time and advice on posing. His photo’s are awesome. Another question that I would have regarding Dominic’s outdoor wedding shots is what kind of lens does he prefer? Many times, you are limited indoors by the size of the room but outdoors, it seems that you have to opportunity to use a bit longer lens. Any advantages here? Anyway, great podcast and I love the music. It all sounds very professional.
