    I've spent the summer working as a field assistant studying rattlesnakes in South Western Saskatchewan. I took this photo a few days ago and I thought I'd share it.

    Also, that's the snakes tongue; not the fang.

    Duh!!!! I originallly typed tongue and I guess I got a brain cramp and changed it to fang.

    Very cool shot. I think it's cool the way you almost can't see his head as it blends in with the rest of his body.

    Very cool shot Kevin. Love the point of focus right on the head.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    Nice one, for sure .. hope you had a looooong lens for this shot ... or did you use your wide angle???
