    Default Long billed curlew

    I came across several curlews this summer. They enjoyed dive bombing me as I hiked. I guess I came to close to their nests. Very unique looking birds! I came across plenty of pharalopes and avocets this summer as well.

    Those are real interesting subjects Kevin. Really love that in-flight shot. Beautiful contrasty colours against that sky. Very nice capture.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
