I have camera on AV priority and not been prepared.Like how I get movement effect.

Thanks a lot. This is a lucky shot. I do panning and shutter speed have been so slow ( 1/15 sec) with 200 mm lens.

Even if you say its lucky, it is a cool shot and you need to have the right setting to get this sort of shot.
