    Nice little bird we see in the rainforest. Very fast, very hard to photograph!

    I like the birdy! Nice capture with such narrow DOF (particularly if they are quick). Love the colours of the bird against the leaf litter.

    Thanks Runmonty. Some fantails are easy ... like the Grey Fantail which will just follow you around and pose. But these Rufous Fantails are quite different and never seem to stop moving.

    Very sharp.Like eyes.Yes is very frustrating to catch them they are so fast.But you do great.

    Can tell this was a hard capture for sure with a forest floor dwelling species in the dark undergrowth flitting around.
    Very well done MA, and you actually caught the "Fan-tail" in the first.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    Nice catch, MA. Little birds, in general, seem to be devilishly hard to catch. Nicely done.
