    Default Snakes....Just Little Ones!

We got out of the truck at the pit today and almost stepped on a few of these guys. They started to disappear into the rocks but my co-worker was able to grab a couple......more nerve than I have eh!

Beautiful shots with lots of sharp detail Aub. Love snakes myself. No problem picking them up, (and have been known to scare a few with them)
    ....and some even taste good.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Very Nice Detail on the Snakes.
Every time I see a small snake it reminds me of an old dog I had.
It would always pick up small sticks. It picked up a Small snake
think it was a stick which wrapped around its nose.
Wow did that dog freak out.

such a pretty creature. I used to pick up snakes all the time and often rescued them from boys torturing them.

Fred- I was walking my dogs last year and d'Arcy went to pick up a 'stick' and it slithered off. Man did he jump!!!

These are cool aub - I really like shot 3, though if I may, cropping through the fingernail is a bit distracting. I'd say this image would be stronger by moving in an inch or so on the left side.
