    Default Male RTH Hummingbird

Since this is my first post on this forum I thought I would make my first post about one of my favorite subjects...hummingbirds.
These 2 images were taken with a multi-flash setup (4 off camera flashes), Canon 7D with the 400mm 5.6L. It was my first time using this lens for hummingbirds and so far I am pretty happy with it.
    CC is always welcome.
(and thanks Hillbillygirl for referring me. Looks like a great place!)

Beautiful Mike. You sure know how to start off right. Nice sharp detail, with some lovely bokeh. Well done.
Oh yeah, and welcome aboard., you will love it here. Lots of great people, and no politics, unlike so many boards out there.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Holy moly - fab intro pix!!! Welcome to the forum!
These are wonderful mike bons!! lovely sharpness on the bird - lovely background out of focus.

The flashes were well used to light the subjects and freeze the bird's wings here!
