Just 1 minor correction - it's a juvenile male. The yellow bill, the green just peeking through at the top of the head and the curl on the tail all give it away.

Oh, you would have figured it out if it had been a few days farther along. The poor things look so scruffy as the brown feathers shed and the adult feathers come in. The heads look patchy for a bit.
