    Great shot but it looks like you missed the eye by a hair. It is just out of focus to me. The focal point appears to be on his belly. I would have cropped the bird over to the right, him centered in the frame is taking away from the image as well. I actually like the image just after it, with the bird with the red spot on his neck.

    Thanks for the comments antique tiger, I'm not sure what's going on with the sharpness as the full size picture on my PC at home is 100% sharp. I wonder if it has something to do with the down sizing of the picture?

    Very nice detail, and it looks plenty sharp everywhere to me. It is just the angle of the eye, and the feathers around eye area, but it is sharp, as I can see lots of detail on head and where beak emerges from feathers, so dof/focus, is not a problem.
    Very well captured Turns.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    I don't think I've ever seen a humming bird sit still before, nice capture!
