Beautiful in-flight of the GG Larry. Love the fanned out feathers on the wing, and very nice detail.
Also, don't sell yourself short. I know for a fact, no luck involved. Takes a LOT of perseverance, and a lot of time being very uncomfortable sometimes to get that one capture, such as this, that is so rewarding. Especially if you are like myself, as in the all natural, non-baiting individuals. Hate the circus at the side of the road for Owl, or Raptor baiting. Takes the challenge out of it for me. (composite shots are another pet peeve of mine for nature). Just my opinion.
These are some of the reasons i like this one sooooo much.
