Seeing as you don't critique anywhere in the forum, this is a great candidate for the dodge tool. It has that lovely golden water and a central subject, but the Heron is a bit dark. A brush or two with the dodge tool in PS or similar would make the bird stand out a bit more and lift this shot immensely I think.
