Something about the first one makes it very cool and it is well shot.

An interesting set. I like number 4 best as the bird(s) in the upper right really give the image a great sense of depth.

Very cool! I love these birds. They are look like flying dinosaurs in flight. 400 individuals is a decent sized flock. How far south do they go from there? Calgary has a small rogue flock of perhaps 25- 40 that over summers here rather than going all the way up north. I personally have not seen the flock in a couple of years, most likely because of the construction on the weir on the downtown Bow River.

I am not sure, or even where they come from. We have pelicans here, but mostly brown pelicans (our state bird). I did just Google it, they are mostly a northern bird that migrates down here for winter. According to Google, they migrate as far south as Panama.

Nice set and I like the title. I really like the composition of the first shot but I think I prefer the exposure of # 3.

Must have been quite a sight.
I welcome all critique and comments on any of my photos
