For a short second there I thought you may have moved to Boston. To be serious, I've seen on the weather forecasts all these storms off of Georgian Bay but I didn't realize it meant that much snow in your area.
Congrats to hubby on his new job. It seems quite fitting for him and you to be associated with this sanctuary and look forward to seeing lot more pictures from there
From reading your story she must be hard to get a picture of, so congrats on getting this lovely image and perfect timing to catch her howling.
Thanks all for the kind compliments.
As for the snow, we quit keeping track after 450cm's. Yes living just inland from Georgian Bay/Lake Huron we def get a little snow in the winter.
As for the switch to Nikon - Couldn't be happier. Now just have to build up my lens collection. Have the "Holy Trinity" and a cheap telephoto for now, to get us through the winter. Looking at a macro for spring, and a high quality tele also. Liking the new 300 f4 VR results so far.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
Very cool
YEP, it's true BF. Sold ALL the Canon gear. Went out and bought a D810, D750 ,14-24, 24-70, and a 70-200 all f2.8G glass, and LOVIN' IT!!! Got a Tamron 150-600 for kicking' around with f,o the odd wildlife for now till decided on something a little more substantial. Bought a 300 f4, had it a couple weeks, but heard about new one coming out, so sold it. Still undecided. Looking at a Sigma 180mm macro, as they seem to be the top dog right now. Love how much "less" processing I have to do on my work now.
