Usually I can get within fifteen feet of these guys and they fly away but this one just sat there. I finally figured out why, I could hear him quietly saying..."Ol...Oly...Olymp.....Olympus!"...

Yeh ... they know they need to stand very very still if the Olympus has a chance at all
