    Very nice! Great work. I think I'd prefer a colour version though. Not a critique.. just a preference. B&W are great for some subjects but not generally for nature (for me).

    Nice capture, Dwayne. The way the snake's shape is mimiced by the dried mud is quite interesting.

    Very nice shot. I'd have liked some colour as well but it's nice like this as well. Is that a Garter snake? They aren't venomous are they? Although he looks like a venomous snake.

    garter snakes are not venomous. in fact in canada there are no venomous snakes except for the few locations that have rattlesnakes.

    I love the grass snakes as they are such a pretty green!
