    Default Tas-Sandstone Tea Rooms

This cool building sits right next to the Shot Tower at Taroona, Hobart, Tasmania.
Fairly sure this building is used as tea rooms but is only open in busier times of the year.
The lady who owns the Shot Tower told us she lived in the house up on the hill behind the Tower so I know this isn't her residence.

Wonderful treatment here, MA. And I like this tower and wish, I would have a tea room like this ;-).

No these were closed but there's a small room on the lower level of the Shot Tower building where the lady who owns the place made us coffee and gave us a homemade biscuit. She even lit the open fireplace up for us because Leanne looked cold to her. Lovely lady ... I wanted to go back and chat with her again but we didn't get the chance. We were only there 4 full days plus the arrival and departure days which were only half days each for us.

Nice one MA...reminds me a little of a smaller version of the Warden's house in Banff Alberta when I saw it.
