    Default sailing around the bay

a co-worker of my husband invited us to go sailing with him and his wife a couple weeks ago. It was a lovely day to be on a 44 foot sailboat. We even had a lobster supper. Exactly what the doctor ordered

Of course I had my camera and took some photos.

Awesome little sailing sloop and riggings! Ok. Who am I kidding? . I would not know a sloop from a John Deere. Very pretty little boat! The seagull is cool too!

I love the color of the boat, nicely captured, that deep, deep dark blue with the matching sail borders. Thanks for sharing. Mike

Looks like a nice day out. Hope you kept that camera dry and away from the saltwater.

no worries MA. I was very careful. But it was such a calm day on the water there was little danger of splahes.

We are hoping to go Whale Watching before the season is over, not sure if we'll be able to afford it but if we do I'm choosing a big boat to battle against motion sickness (I'm no sailor!!) and keeping the salt water off the camera.

Sounds like you had a wonderful day aboard a beautiful sailboat. looks like the weather was quite cooperative also.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
