    Default Broken Road.

Situated at Castleton below Mam Tor in the Peak District, this road served as a main route for traffic between Sheffield and Manchester since 1802. It was closed in 1979 after a major landslip and it's now referred to as the 'broken road'. The land is now owned by the National Trust and it's considered an area of geographical interest.
