I know....hot dogs were not my first choice...so much more I could have shot there.

Good to know Matt...will do. I'm about due for a trip to Dorothy again soon so I'll ping you and maybe we can head up there.

And thanks for the nice comments B (you would so love it there), Iggy and EdG

Here's a couple more from the visit...
The home of the first Doctor in town:

The steps going up to the second level in the house in shot 2 of the 1st post...kind of creepy cuz if you look closely, it almost looks like there is something going up the steps. I think they are lens flares and I removed the other one above it in post but it did remind me of feet climbing the stairs!

I can't believe the group preferred hotdogs over spending more time having a look at this place. Even if they aren't photographers, it should still be interesting to spend time there.

    Thanks KWB.
And asnow...I didn't understand it either but I guess you gotta go with the flow, especially when the town is in the middle of pretty much Nowhere, USA. Personally I could have stayed there all day.

The old car is so cool. I love visiting ghost towns. Sometimes they come back to life as a tourist destination.
    Happy Shooting

Very nice set Casil, really like every one of them. Hope you get back soon and get more to share with us. I can see spending a whole day there easily.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
