Cool shot Matt! Is this the new leg of the LRT over where the Science Center used to be?

Tried it, Veyko, but it did not seem to work very well. I suppose the contrast between the beige truss and the black and white sky leaves it a bit .... ummm .... blahhhh

Agreed that the composition here is interesting and unique. But I just came back from a trip in the same area and got the feeling that there is a color cast in the first image. The trusses aren't that warm. Perhaps because of the clouds you exposed for cloud (or used auto white balance), but that would have warmed the color of the trusses. If you cool down the white balance a little, the blue sky may intensify a bit, which would be even more excellent. Let me know if you see it that way or not so I can calibrate my eye sight. LOL
I love what they're doing with those stations located high above the roadway. Can't wait to be able to access them to see what photo ops they present.

I like the comp as well, nicely done. As usual, I prefer the colour version as the heavy clouds seem to stand out more to me in colour. You can feel the water in them.
