Corporate Ladder

This is a discussion on Corporate Ladder within the Architecture & Man Made (cities, buildings, roads, objects & abstracts) forums, part of the Show your photo (Color) - Landscape & Nature (flowers, mountains, storms etc.) category; I like the HDR option as well....

Very cool shot, Barefoot and nicely found. I'm a big fan of the last one posted. While I understand your desire to keep the texture of the broken brickwork I think I prefer the cleaner lines of the one without. Of course, that's just my

Thanks for the compliment barefoot. The quality of your work and MANY member's work have increased since you've joined the forum. This thrills me to no end. Yes I admin the site, but ph.ca has developed into a community with very valuable members. We learn from each other and our work improves - I love that.

In terms of this photograph, and the story you are trying to tell - the crop wins imo....but only by a hair and only as a matter of opinion.

The cropped version now has an ADDITIONAL element going for it imo. It's a happy coincidence, but the square (ish) cropping now helps support the theme of 'being boxed in' - which to my mind works well with the title and intended theme or story.
