Along for the ride (image heavy)

JC took Parrothead up a couple of days ago. Mike was in the back seat. He grabbed my old Olympus SP550 and took some pictures in the air. I'm still trying to convince him he needs to practice with the camera every once in a while, since he couldn't figure out how to get the back LCD to come on. They had a great time, did some rolls and loops before coming back in. The engine had issues just as they were landing, though, and needs a rebuild. This one, I'm laughing about. No one was hurt, and it's just an engine, even if the rebuild will be in the 5 figures.

Would you buy a used warbird from these two? Or even trust them to stay out of trouble?


Lake Lowell. It's been warmer lately, but you'd never know it looking at this.
