    Default Bicycle - Degraves Street

Degraves Street as a small laneway in Melbourne crowded with character cafes and street dining. It is always a spot we head to for breakfast when visiting Melbourne.

When I saw this bicycle I worked hard on the composition to try to get the (almost Parisian) feel of the street. I didnt achieve what I had in mind, but this is result. Will try again when back there later in April.

WOW, love this one. The PP really makes this work, along with the perfect comp.

(Only nit would be what seems to be just a very slight lean to the right)
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Bugger - It seems you are correct. I missed this. No hang on a minute I am claiming a sloping sidewalk, leaning building, wide angle lens distortion (may actually be the case to a degree), artistic license.......

I love the way you've composed this image. Great mood, and to me, it does have a Parisian/European feel to it. Terrific shot!

I like the PP here. Composition wise, we can't always get the comp we want.
Sometimes we just need to accept the comps that we 'can' get.
