Luminothérapie - Luminotherapy Luminotherapy | Quartier des spectacles is in its 4th year in Montreal and it just ended yesterday. It's basically a way to break up/distract us from the harsh winter by using light in an artistic way. I photographed the main installation on 4 separate occasions this year. Here are my Faves.

I like no2 shots in both sets. the shadow felt a little too strong in shot no1 in first set, same for the cycle in last shot, they seem to take away abstraction and bring back to reality IMO

I'm still in a learning mode in my appreciation of this ICM stype. I have to admit though it is starting to grow on me. (I remember a few years ago I didn't appreciate B&W). I do have to admit that at this point, I still generally prefer it when the subject is a little more in focus. For that reason my favourite is the first one.
