    Default Show Girls/Bible Chapel

Packed with contradiction this double exposure of two buildings sitting adjacent to one another on Broad Street in Augusta was made with ease using my Sony a6000. I love this camera.

It was a little rude of me to post this as it was meant as ridicule/sarcasm in a small way. I was poking a little fun at all the apps for smartphones and some of the silly features built into cameras. I'm Sorry.

My biggest mistake was to use multiple exposure photography as an example. There are better examples of a “goofy” feature included in the a6000 that might have illustrated that thought. The best digital bodies include MEP features. Some of my film bodies make provisions for MEP, as well. The practice of MEP is highly regarded.

I made this one by first shooting pieces of broken mirror glued to a wall inside the widow of a bar on Broad Street and then walking down the street to another window where the mask sat. Both shots done in full manual control with the ability to see and control the effect of gain from the viewfinder. That's a feature not offered in DSLR's

Multiple exposure photography is no gimmick.

Even re-reading your post I didn't realize you were poking fun at the "features" of the camera. Regardless of whether those are good features or bad features to have as part of a camera, the results are very cool. Looks to me like you just used to tool to help you better execute your vision. I'm sure there were many a photographer who eschewed the use of auto-focus when it came out as some kind of a gimmick. Maybe you are just ahead of your time and you don't know it. :P
