    Default Cloud Bank BW

I went back to the Cloud Bank yesterday with a roll of BW400CN in the K1000 and some TMAX 100 in a newly acquired SpotMatic. Using a SMC Takumar 28-80 3.5/4.5 I found at the flea market the day before for $3, I got this out of the K1000. It’s pretty much a trash lens, but I didn’t have anything that wide in a K mount before I picked it up. If nothing else, it’ll make a nice paper weight when I do get something better to replace it.

The only good thing that can be said of the 400CN is that I can get it processed, cut, and sleeved in about half an hour. That and the fact that I have a friend at a local lab that does it for me for free. The TMAX is a different story. It’s gonna take another friend who owns the only camera shop in town at least a week to get it back to me. I can’t wait to see it, though. Some of it was exposed with a SuperTak 50mm 1.4 and a SuperTak 135mm 3.5. Both of those are pretty decent pieces of glass.

I like it very much as well. The glass building is quite a mirror.

Thanks, guys. I appreciate your comments a lot and would have said so sooner if it weren’t for my Pops being in the hospital and my time spent there.
