Fireworks!

This is a discussion on Fireworks! within the Architecture & Man Made (cities, buildings, roads, objects & abstracts) forums, part of the Show your photo (Color) - Landscape & Nature (flowers, mountains, storms etc.) category; Only get them once a year..and nothing to great. You take what you can get. These two are fooling around ...

    Default Fireworks!

    Only get them once a year..and nothing to great. You take what you can get.

    These two are fooling around shots..will post more if I see fit tomorrow after some sleep!! Finally after a week of moving..somewhat somewhere. Back to some photo taking and forum time!!!

    Tester shot for both the fireworks and me...but I liked the people in it. Had to move though - drunk teenagers behind me, scared they were going to knock me and the camera down :(

    Nice work Kat! I haven't even looked at mine yet (Got home too late last night) but I wound up being basically right underneath them, so I'm not expecting much.

    Thanks. Didn't have much time to work with. Small town means small fireworks!!! LOL..talk about trying to set things up fast!!!! I think the hardest though was going to manual focus to keep the shots coming out. Ended up with lots not in focus!!!

    Oh well. It was fun!

    Don't mess with focus, set your camera to manual focus, set focus to infinity, and that should be fine.

    The last one is my favourite. Nice job. I fell asleep in the chair and missed our fireworks display.
