The Medal

Last night my wife and a friend raced in an 8hr MTB race starting from midnight and finishing at 8am this morning. They were in the 2 person Woman's category and placed 1st.
Apart from the prize they also received a little medal for their efforts ...

I saw Leangel out there and saw the podium.

In the state of delirium one is in after 8.5 hrs of racing I don't recall congratulating them. So congrats. Nice way to return to racing. Great event.
I had a great race and am waiting to see the results.
