    Default Fire Up The Stove

Saw these at a local flea market and just as I took the shot...a storm rolled in and started to pour so we had to scurry into the building...not much inside but got one shot for the day. *Since I didn't have time to get three exposures I faked the HDR in Photomatix by making two extra different exposures in PShop. I hope to get back to that flea market on another sunny day and hope the pans with still be there so I can do a true HDR.

I wasn't too keen on this shot because of the heavy blue tones from the HDR so I toned it down and desaturated it and did a close crop. I like this one better. Wish my focus was sharper but I hope to do a reshoot soon.

That was what caught my eye..the layers. I hope to redo this shot since I was in a rush not to get soaked...even with the sun out..that storm didn't wait! I didn't get the focus that I wanted so hopefully I will be adding an improved version soon.

thank heaven's you kept the camera dry, lol. But pictures of rain spattering on them would be cool. I love my cast iron frying pan.
