To be honest with you guys Im not aware of any controversy over these billboards. I rarely ever watch TV or read the news on the internet so this forum is my main form of whats going on in the world today, other than hearsay from around town. (I do watch ESPN) I just thought it was funny. A picture with of a baby with text that says what it does is hilarious. Not sure why there would be any controversy over that but then again we have PETA as well. There are all kinds of crazies out there, but I just thought this was funny.

Now Im kinda of confused. You live in Halifax, and know about our billboards down here in Toledo? Is this just a local billboard here in Toledo or is this something that is being put up elsewhere?

If this is just a local sign, is it really that big that you guys are hearing about it all the way up in your parts?

I don't know about the ads but I really like the dichotomy of this shot as well...the message here that EdG speaks about impacted me right away, I also like that the SC here adds to the effect and to the story being told here.

I don't know how important it is, I picked it up via one of my RSS feeds, I think, or maybe Fark.com. I'm not that well informed but I happen to hear about this. I think the billboards are only in Ohio though I may be wrong.
