I like the colored one better. The one bar immediately becomes the focus, and the clouds give the overall background a bit more help. The other bars also fade back a bit more - they're present, helping the composition, but they aren't competing for attention. In the black and white, they're all close enough that there's a bit of competition to be the center of attention. My , YMMV.
